Revisions & refunds
The working rule is simple: scope first, approval second, work third.
Revisions
Standard quoted work includes two focused revision rounds unless the written quote says otherwise. A revision addresses the agreed brief; a new direction, replacement source material or added deliverable may require a revised scope.
Approval and payment
No online payments are enabled. Nothing is charged from the booking form. Price, schedule, payment timing and any cancellation terms are provided in writing before you approve the work.
Refunds
Any refund or cancellation treatment follows the accepted written quote and the work already completed. If MixProTools cannot perform the agreed service, the unused portion of any payment received will be addressed directly. Contact [email protected] with the project reference.
